About Me

NOLA Eats is a New Orleans-based dining & discussion group targeted to those who can truly appreciate the beauty of food. Our group mainly consists of forward-thinking individuals with a mind for the arts, creativity and community involvement. On a semi-monthly basis, we meet for the NOLA Eats Dinner, trying a different type of cuisine and restaurant in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. In a nutshell, we're an eclectic bunch of folks who enjoy good food, good drinks and good people.

This profile is the bastard step-child of the original NOLA Eats forums, which can be found at Tribe.net and LJ. In November of 2007, we turned 4-years-old! For in depth discussion on any of the topics posted here, visit the original forums with over 350 members combined.

Please feel free to post about restaurant openings, independent reviews, recipes, classes or food and wine events. Any and all information is appreciated and encouraged.
