Dj Mendo

BIOGRAPHY
Born in 1976 and of Madrid origin, David Mendo started his Dj career at the age of 15. Strongly inspired by his Iberican culture, his musical style was immediately noticed and his tribal set.
When world famous Dj/producer George Morel approaches him, Mendo signs with his Miami-based label Groove On for titles such as Do it, Everybody I got him. Morel and Mendo soon become associates, in production as well as the label..
Beginning 2002, his single Tell me (Groove On, Audio Recordings) featuring Christie K., reaches a No. 1 position in Dj Mags Hype-chart (UK), as well as in Radio Italia Networks Suburbia Chart.
Mendo also works with his inseparable friend Chab and remixed the first single produced on Chabs label " Imago Records " (Chab Get my love Mendo remix Imago 2000)...
November 2003, Mendo and Chab begin their project " Clarisse records " and produce the single Play me with your sound, featuring SUMO and with an Iberican remix by Chus & Ceballos..
Mendo then signs with Dj Chus & Ceballos label Stereo-productions (Madrid), on which he and Chab produce the single Afrofunfunk. Two solo-produced titles follow - Hey you!! (featuring Christie K.) and Watermelon both explosive tracks who made the turn of the world...
