Whassup people!?!, My name is Darryl Thomas,AKA D-Chi,a rapper born and raised in Chicago,currently causing damage in Stockholm Sweden. I have been here off and on since November of 2001 and have been recording and performing with a plethora of INCREDIBLE Swedish talent such as Cari Lekebusch,Abi Bah,The Beatsurgeons,Up Hygh,Max Peezay,L.V.U,Alfredo Delight,Neemo Cheebah,Tweeky,Slave 2 Rage,Danni Deluxe,NFL KRU,Basutbudet,Rhymatic and many others. My talents range from MC'ing,to producing,playing multiple instruments,songwriting and dj'ing,Having performed in such venues as Hultsfred 2006 (w/ Max Peezay,Ears,Slix,(Big up London!)) EM Festival,Göteborg 2006(NFL KRU,Max Peezay),Karlstad,Arvika,Linköpping,Östersund,Luleå,Umeå, Svanö,Malmö Sweden As well as Gigs all over Stockholm Sweden,Finland,Germany and Holland. My musical styles range from producing,writing and performing my own stuff,considered to be hardcore political Hip Hop, to producing and writing Soul,R&B and House tracks(as FLUXX) for, and playing drums,keyboards and percussion in the bands of various artists such as James Gamba(Sweden,IDOL Finalist,2005),Carina Cuadra(House,Soul,R&B singer)and Maria "Killa" Bexander (House,R&B)to name a few. Released an independent album Nov.2004 titled "From Chi-Town 2 Stocktown" produced by the Beatsurgeons with the single 100 Shots(See video),doing impressive numbers for my first solo joint.From there I have been working with Techno/House/Electro/Hip Hop producer and artist,Cari Lekebusch and have subsequently rekindled my love for all things Electronic.We have released several projects together(Stockago Project,Mixtape Abductions,NFL KRU,Bönsyrsan's Rykande Mixtape)to name a few. I am currently in the lab creating some new stuff to be released summer 2007 along with an INCREDIBLE Producer/MC Abi Bah under the group name PHEEROUZ!!The new album will be called"SLEEPER CELLS" featuring tracks like "Corruption","I Still Believe" and the already sought after "Elevate"(previewed here on Myspace! THANX for all the incredible response!)... People get ready 'cuz it's some CRAZY Electro,Hip Hop eclectic shit with SICK ASS BEATS and thought provoking lyrics by yours truly along with such artists as Carina Cuadra,James Gamba.Also be on the lookout from solo as well as group projects to be released by 1241 INC. aka Tha D.R.E.A.D., a collective of SICK MC's from the states with headquarters in Chicago,Illinois!
