What is there to say??? Am I expected to write the usual witty banter in order to assuage or decieve you into thinking that I am the typical R&B singer posing provocatively,here only to please and entertain you? I think not. I love to sing and create but am becoming increasingly dissillusioned by the industry and so called "Role Models" being peddled to us and saying this is what a woman should be.I have both flaws and talents,a light AND a dark side,and it is this combination of ALL of me which makes me beautiful...both inside and out.My music comes from my soul;my feelings and actions are a reflection of what is inside my heart...All of which is to be expressed in the fullest. THE MUSIC INDUSTRY BREEDS IGNORANCE AND DESPAIR INSTEAD OF LOVE AND KNOWLEDGE!!! I'm tired of being dictated to in my musical tastes.Tired of seeing the same faces in every boring video,tired of the phrase "I'm an entertainer" taking away from true artistry and musicianship...If I wanted to see clowns,I'd go to the circus...Let's take matters into our own hands and speak of things that truly mean something.Let's reclaim our music...
