I am Kristi, the author of several children's books. I am a mother that believes reading is important for our children. My first book, Kristofer's Day at the Ballpark is a true story about my son. It's based on a day I'll never forget because he was lost and used all of his safety information that we taught him for his safe return. It thus prompted me to write about the event and teach life's lessons to children. My books are different because I tell a story with a lesson that's entertaining as well as educational.
