Starting with his debut as D-Kontrol with long time collaborator Mike Humphries through Frank De Wulf's Two Thumbs label in 93, and including over a hundred subsequent releases the duo have produced under numerous monikers (incl. Cold Dust, Area 51, Player etc), Nuccle's music has been consistantly both challenging and uncompromising. Through his three underground Techno labels Red Seal, Player, and Core, he has produced and released some of the sickest Techno music on the planet.
His latest tag, Krimewave, with Nuccle producing on his first musical love, Hip-Hop, is launched this fall featuring Wu Tang Killer Beez Timbo King, Hell Razah, Solomon Childs and Shabazz The Disciple, in addition to some of the hottest unsigned mcs on the planet, including Estee Nack, Wargasms, SC's Dan Johns and DC's Mercury Waters, and featuring production from himself, KP and
Eliphino plus more upcoming acts from across the globe.
As a DJ, Nuccle is second to none, cutting and mixing trax with skill, poise and finesse, rocking the dancefloors of the world's premier Techno clubs, including La Real (Spain), Techstylism (Stockholm), The Orbit (where Nuccle played as resident DJ) and Tresor (Berlin), and his live sets (whether playing as Cold Dust or Red Tide or Player ) are the best in the business, never failing to tear up the floor, wherever and whenever he performs.
As well as being a pioneer of the UK underground sound, Nuccle also produces Hip Hop for various labels, including his own Krimewave imprint, and has worked with some of the world's premiere underground MCs including Wu Tang Killer Beez Timbo King, Hell Razah and Shabazz The Disciple, also Estee Nack, Wargasms, SC's Dan Johns and DC's Mercury Waters.
