The Sequan trio hails from the capital of Slovenia. Their story began in 1993 when PeterB, the groups dj, and Bojan Bogdanovic started going to local techno parties. They both fell in love with electronic music and after a few years decided to use their experience and talent in the production of their own music. Soon after that they were joined by Bojans younger brother Vlado and their first release followed in 2003, on the worldwide famous label Bush Records. That release was followed by another one on the same label, and later on by a release for Holzplatten and Fargo Records. In 2005 they were honoured to contribute a track for the second edition of Trans Slovenia Express on Mute Records. That track was a remix of a Kraftwerk classic Metropolis.
Their live PAs are a mixture of funky tribal techno, with frequent trips to harder dancefloor friendly techno beats, but sometimes also have the elements of house music.
