My purpose for this Page is to create a network of CHRISTIAN SOLIDERS to help present the GOSPEL to the YOUTH, and anyone else for that matter, that are in the area in which I live! To break down the barriers of ethnicity and culture that have plagued and divided our country far too long. Help me to serve our GOD, our REDEEMER. WOW how to tell the story about me? My name is Gary Parrish. I have lived a Hard life because of my own choices! After attending four high schools I was kicked out of the North Carolina school system. I got my adult high school deploma from Johnston Community College loosing my eligibility for a basketball scholarship to play college ball. Man that sucked for all my senior year would have consisted of was ball and one english class. Well after that I thought it was time to become the biggest whatever I could and make a real living for myself. I was all grown up now for I had chosen to leave my parents home at 16, boy that was another bright idea. Well after totaling 6 cars, being shot and stabbed twice, I foud myself behind bars. After getting out I decided to grow up and pursue a real, legit career so since I had always cut my friends on the football and basketball teams hair I thought maybe I should go to school for that. Well it worked, I was actually part of a really prosperous career earning a lot of cash. Then I descovered I was strung out on drugs, like I didn't already know that! LONG STORY SHORT life got real bad. But in the mist of all of this pain I heard a voice calling me to come home, and come home I did!!!!!!!! I gave up my clinental, my job, my big income and every thing I knew to follow that still small voice. Now I am proud to say that the small voice I heard has grown very loud and is directing my path. I am in COLLEGE, no I still can't believe it either, to follow the will of my Lord and Savior JESUS CHRIST and to give the knowlege I have obtained through my very HARD, not always bright life to others so that they may not have to battle the same battles I did. If this sounds like your life there is still hope. I am willing to share, present, confess, profess,and show anyone how to obtain this hope if you would like me to with you.
