pre-print stage: -we are able to get all preliminary print stage work done in-house, from first draft to final drawing, true colour separation and film production, which is very advantageous for our customers.(But of course they could deliver already existing print data, too.) textile print: -Our screen printery is equipped with state-of-the art textile printing machines - if necessary, we could produce up to 10-coloured halftone prints. Our daily production capacity is roundabout 10.000 printed pieces. Other than prints on the front or the back of a piece, multi-coloured sleeve prints are possible without problems, too. Due to the fact that we only work with high quality Plastisol colours, we get best printing results of extraordinary brillant quality, regardless of the fabric - especially when printing on dark textiles.The minimum number of pieces per order is only 50. transfer print: -Some textiles (as nylon jackets, for example) could not be printed easily by using normal machines - the result would be a product that would not pass our quality demands. To get the best results, we utilize alternative printing methods and apply each design separately with a thermal transfer press to the textile. embroidery: -in our efficient and modern embroidery, we embroider all common textiles like baseball hats, polo shirts or jackets. All preparatory work - as writing of the respective programs - could be done in-house, too. pvc-stickers, signs and posters: -Our graphic screen printery is able to manufacture top-quality screen prints on nearly every material, from tiniest pvc-sticker to construction site sign. Processing as plotting, punching or cutting is done here - we take care of the pre-print stage for all that, too. Our company employs master craftsmen of the screen printing trade. tampon printing: -with our tampon printing machine, we could apply up to 4-coloured prints to rounded surfaces like coffee mugs or lighters, for example. textile production and special articles: You have special demands and you want your own line of textiles produced by us?
