What up World!
I'm Rico Malique, a videographer in Atlanta for a production company named Genius World which assists me in documenting life through my eyes. Life is definetly what you make it. You live quiet you die quiet. I choose to live LOUD! Since way back I've always understood my purpose.
I am working on a masterpiece which will change the world as we know it. My inner genius has been sparked by some of our past heroes such as Tupac Shakur, Malcolm X, Huey Newton, Eldridge Cleaver, W.E.B Du Bois and Marcus Garvey. All of which are dead and gone, but each leaves a very LOUD and rich legacy. A legacy not often re-visited enough in modern society.
My logic for motivation is despite my past & present, all of my struggles are well worth my future success. With GOD first and for me who can be against me?
With that said, I am the creator of Hustle Genius which is a non-profit organization dedicated to motivating, inspiring & exposing our inner-city youth to important things in life such as education, innovation and self-esteem.
Our future is in our youth! And things are not looking good at all for us. Lack of discipline, lack of guidance, lack of vision all play a detrimental role in the destruction of our cultural existence. Just turn on the radio, the television, its all evident. We are falling off quicker than we can count. We are no longer the largest minority group in our own country. This ain't knowledge kicked, this is REALITY!
