Helen

Helen Ross Revutsky was born in St Petersburg (Russia) to an artistic family. Her childhood has passed backstage of the theatre in which her parents were working at: father as the artist, mother-as the stage-director. After school, she was engaged in private studios of such artists as A. Studenja and V. Shirokov. After, she studied Illustration for children's books in an Art College in London. She is also worked as the artist in the Government Puppet Theater in Kiev. Her first book " I am reading the Alphabet” by G. Rusanova was published with great success by the famous Russian musician/ singer Alexander Gradsky. The book has had many re-publications and is still in print. Helen has also won a competition held by a mainstream newspaper for her poems and artwork. Helen also works on card/stationary and book cover designs and is currently living and working as an illustrator in London. Recently Helen had twenty-eight books published, which are on sale in America, Spain, England and Russia. MyGen Profile Generator
