Hmm... Where to start?... Well, I'm a 32 years old guy from the capital of Denmark and I think I'm addicted to music. It's mainly rock (rock'n'roll, hard rock, grunge etc.) but also a whole lot of other genres as well like for instance country, bluegrass, americana, indie, death metal, thrash, speed metal, glam metal, glitter rock, heavy metal and pop to name a few... Classic music only at very weary moments, jazz only on bars drinking beer and opera... well, never.
I've song for at least two decades and been playing the bass for 16 years and most of the time I've tried my very best to write my own lyrics and music along the way and played in several bands like Insaints, Broken Head Jack, The Project and Common Breed. The last band also brought me to the states playing in Louisville, Kentucky at the NON-COMMvention 2004 also featuring great acts like Chris Robinson (Black Crowes), Mindy Smith, Sonic Youth, Patti Smith and a lot of other artist.
So all in all I feel I've been very fortunate but still I'm certain a great deal of musical adventures are still to come my way. Right now I play in a rock band called THE GOOD SPIRIT and there's no doubt it's the most powerful and absolutely best band I've ever played in... And I get to sing the lead vocal and write the songs as well. That ROCKS!!!
Beside the whole music bussiness I've got a great family and friends, an absolutely gorgeous girl friend (soon to marry) and a little kid named William Nemo who meens the world to me.
I think I'm the luckiest man on earth... But then again, that's just a matter of how you welcome life, isn't it?
