Mikkel has enjoyed sitting in with the front porch swingin' liquor pigs, trampled by turtles, greg brown, pert near sandstone, two many banjos, summit stunt pilots, the cat tails, jeff ray and other fine folks on occasion.You can hear his washboard on all of Charlie Parr's records,(Roustabout,Jubilee, Backslider, Rooster, King Earl, 1922 and Criminals & Sinners), the two Crush Collision Trio records, both of the Brass Kings records, "The Brass Kings" & "Washboard, Rope, Guitar", some tracks on the Pert Near Sandstone record,'Up and Down the River' and their 2008 release Needle & Thread, on Dakota Dave Hull's 2007 release "time Machine", some hard to find compilations, tons of live bootlegs and the out of print "Down in the Valley" record featuring Greg Brown, Charlie Parr and jeff White.
