Sunday Drum Circle at Oak Creek!
One of my favorite events in town is the Drum Circle at Red Rock every Sunday at 3pm. To get there you take Charleston West out of town and pass Red Rock Canyon Loop (both the entrance and exit). After a couple overlook areas, there is a gate on the side of the road where cars line up. Park, and walk toward the drums. Bring a drum, shaker, noisemaker, or just be ready to move with the beat and enjoy the energy until its to dark to see. Come share free hugs. Friendly dogs and families are welcome. Om love :-)

Blue Sky Yoga
I currently teach 4 classes a week at Blue Sky Yoga (Downtown Las Vegas, inside The Arts Factory off of Charleston and Main St.) All 4 classes entitled Vinyasa Bliss and are faster paced flowing practices based around the original Ashtanga Vinyasa format with a focus on opening the heart space and feeling like a better, brighter you after each session.
During shavasana, I focus on channeling the highest energies of light and love. I give all students a mini healing treatment, clearing the aura and balancing chakras, and I connect to their divine consciousness, hoping to encourage a greater sense of enlightenment, awareness, and love in all present.
Blue Sky is a Donation Only yoga studio created so that everyone will be able to practice, reardless of their financial situation. I encourage you to come take your first class for free and see what I'm offering before you even worry about offering money.

Las Vegas Athletic Club
I'm now teaching twice a week at LVAC and all you gym members are pre-paid to come take my class :-)! On Monday night I'm at Rainbow and Vegas off the US95 from 7:15-8:30 and Thursday night I'm at Maryland Pkwy and Karen from 8:00-9:15. I teach both classes vinyasa style for the most part, but depending on the group and my mood we might slow it down sometimes. Come see me :-)
**Yoga at UNLV**
Starting this spring semester, I'm now teaching at the brand new sparkling Rec Center at UNLV. Free for students and open for paid membership by the public, the UNLV Rec center is one of the nicest gym facilities I've ever been in. Located off Tropicana and Swenson on the East side of the Thomas and Mac parking lot, this gym is something to see.

HelloWorld
Video Email and Web Broadcasting Technology
I've recently gotten involved with an awesome technology business known as vmdirect, which markets a service/product/website known as HelloWorld ( www.HelloWorld.com ). Growing and refining for the past 6 years, HelloWorld is a video email and live broadcasting myspace type community. It allows users to chat with video (up to 5 video screens at once), store media online, podcast, store videos (like you tube), and best of all, send Video Email and broadcast live in less than a minute. Both the stored videos and the live broadcasts can be set for public, private, or pay per view, and when broadcasting live, one can interact with users via chat, polls, slides (like powerpoint), and even cut to other users, just like on the news. The video email is great because it streams from their servers, so theres no downloading involved, and you can set customized banners around the video to take people to webpages or show information. There is a HelloWorld community building, that isn't quite as flashy as myspace with custom html, but with the ability to do any kind of video technology and host all your music remotely so that anyone can get at it, its an awfully cool space. (Plus, they are always upgrading it, and soon, I'm sure it will be able to be shiny like this page.) Also, it lets you embed stuff on other pages just like you tube (so keep an eye out for some cheap pay per view yoga classes on here).

Dream Projects
I would like to begin a What the BLEEP do we know? study group soon that will meet once a week for 4-8 weeks and I will keep the time slot and expand the topic after the first section is complete.
I'm studying bit by bit to build an electrolyzer and a few other components that will allow me to run my car using water as fuel(!) H20 = Hydrogen+hydrogen+oxygen ... so the long and short of it is you seperate the water with electricity from the alternator (turning it into HHO or Brown's Gas), combust the hydrogen in the engine YOU ALREADY HAVE, and put out Oxygen and a bit of water vapor as your exhaust(!!!)

I eventually (once time and money allow) plan on beginning work on what I believe to be the first interactive customizeable upgradeable computer program to comprehenively teach Yoga (of all levels and types--Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual) to all levels of practioners in there own home, and the pilot name will be Digital Yoga Studio v.1.0. This will be spread world wide via the web for a very low price (I'm thinking $6-10) in order to help the world, not to generate money (the money that WILL be generated will be re invested into the following project)
THE BIG PROJECT : BUM YOGA
My Dream is to go to homeless shelters (or bring the homeless into my home) and PAY Homeless people $3 to take an hour long yoga class, every day for 6 weeks, with a $32 bonus at the end for missing less than 6 classes (totaling $150 for daily attendance), which will encourage them to keep coming. The more people that do yoga, the closer we come to world peace, and homeless people, have time on their hands, need the money, and will get more benefit out of it than anyone else. They will be happier, MUCH healthier, less stressed, and able to get back on their feet if they so choose. I will also give the option to come back for the second 6 weeks for $1 a day (again with a small bonus), and come back after that for free. If you want to educate the world, start from the ground up, and I will be by working with kids and the homeless. If we can get news coverage with praise from the people, I'll be able to get on Oprah or something and gather a group and fundage to begin the same process nationwide beginning in the downtown areas of the 20 (or more) biggest cities in the country, and will hopefully (my dream) get to move on to reaching the villages of India and Africa, where people will be paid with fruit, helping hunger worldwide and making perhaps the biggest difference in history! (And thats the scale I'm talking about working on...not a college degree in 3 years of stressing and learning little -- MAKING THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE IN HISTORY.)

My dream has now expanded to include wanting to work in juvenille hall and orphanages, and with kids in general. I have already done some volunteering for a middle school and worked for a Teen Swim Team.

Whether you like the content or not, TV will (already has for most people) destroy a persons ability to focus, for the rate of change of the images is not natural and scatters the electric patterns within the brain. With proper intent and mental accuity, the mind can do ANYTHING (move objects, read thoughts, heal, walk on water, even CREATE UNIVERSES...or simply achieve goals), but a mind that is accustomed to TV (commercials or even without them) is powerless.
