Victims of Inertia is a Detroit based, four piece rock band fronted by sexy siren Danielle Needham(AKA Miss Chief), whose voice has been compared to Pat Benatar and Shirley Manson of Garbage. Paul Chase has led hard rock bands Buzz and Frequalibrium on guitar and lead vocals, and also grew up and played with John 5(Former Marilyn Manson guitarist and current Rob Zombie guitarist) and New Radicals front man Greg Alexander. Jeremy Grenier played bass in Buzz with Paul, and has also fronted and played bass with a variety of local bands at some point including The Soul Searchers, Exit 69 and Greenstreet (back in high school). Most notably Jeremy played bass in Long Black Sedan, a power trio that played and headlined shows with some of the best in Detroit. Recent addition Jim Kish(AJ Lite) is a multi-talented musician who has played everywhere on every instrument and has also been the drum tech and teacher to Tommy Clufetos(currently in Rob Zombie). Jim has also played in the Twin Pigs, The Simpletons, and Off the Cuff. Combing infectious hooks with hard-edged rock riffs, VOI's songs range from love driven angst such as Let Me Down to feelings of alienation in the song Game Over, and straight ahead lust in the song Scratch My Back. However, we do have a gentler side at times with songs like Angel and Feels Like Three. Victims of Inertia can be seen live in the Detroit area, and is currently preparing to record our debut CD.
