The year was 2002 and I decided to leave the San Francisco Bay Area and head east to Philadelphia. I spent 5 years in Philadelphia where I attended Temple University and studied business law. I graduated with honors in May of 2006. During my time in Philadelphia I became focused on the business side of the music industry and marketing. I worked various jobs and gained experience as a Representative for Sony Music Distribution, PR Director of W.H.I.P. Radio (Temple's Student-Run Radio Station), Red Bull, Clear Channel, George Clinton Enterprises, and various promotional marketing companies.Although I was focussed on business, I spent much of my free time producing music for award winning short films, independent hip hop artists, reggae musicians, and R&B singers. Over The past year I've been working toward getting my Commercial Music Degree with a focus in audio engineering. I am actively seeking an agent to manage my catalog of over 1,500 beats. I've also taken part in writing and recording over 300 songs over the past 9 years. So if you need hooks- I got 'em, you need beats- I got 'em, and if you need a track mixed- I can help you with that too.I hope to talk to you all soon- and visit me often.... Peace, Johnny Roulette
