i'd go to gigs if i had someone to go with - anywhere on the cowley road, cellar, jericho tavern or wheatsheaf will do, upstairs at the city tavern, port mahon, the ex. if you ever go to see a local band that no-one else has ever heard of invite me along - i'd probably like it.i like bands with guitars, drums and bass guitarists. i don't like dj anyone. i can't dance - i tend to look like an escaped mental patient on a day trip . . .

flann o'brien, christopher brockmyre, toby litt, jasper fforde, ssssssshhhhhhhhakespeare, martin amis, joseph conrad. any kind of who dunnit. last good book read was a norwegian thriller called 'the devil's star' by jo nesbo (i read the translation).
i want to play tennis like a williams sister, play guitar like jimi hendrix, write a lyric like morrissey, play drums like meg white, have the attitude of noel, have the body of halle berry and the looks of beyonce (that should be the other way around!), be as cool as beck, direct a movie like tarantino, write like Jasper Fforde, have the va-va-voom of thierry henry, have the imagination of flann o'brien, be as funny as sara cox and have the shopping savvy of a WAG. unfortunately I'm just chrissie.
