I love watching movies; maybe one day I'll list them all. I just saw Pan's Labyrinth and it was great!
Not very often, but here's what I watch for: Human Giant, Wonder Showzen (crazy-ass show), Conan O'Brien, Reno 911, The Office, Adult Swim, IFC, Bravo, Discovery Channel, History Channel, Comedy Central, and surfing the music channels.
The Mastery of Love, Conversation with God, The Prophet, Siddartha, The Four Agreements, Intensity, Langston Hughes, and reading short stories.
People successful in the entertainment industry. It's tricky and I totally admire people who can survive and stay true to themselves. That is successful and heroic, to me.
