WCB Arts Foundation, Inc. - Mission Statement
The WCB Arts Foundation Inc. is a 501 c 3 California nonprofit corporation, headquartered in Santa Monica, California.
Our goal is to promote the benefits of watching and of understanding dance to the public at large. Thus, dance and her sister arts are a focus of the WCB Arts Foundation Inc. We produce dance performance, seeking out new work by established and emerging artists in order to help nurture the future of dance. We also sponsor educational activities such as dance classes and lecture-demonstrations.
Community outreach is a primary goal of the Foundation as we seek to provide opportunities for people who would not ordinarily have the chance to participate in dance classes or see dance performed. To these ends our organization will offer dance classes, lecture-demonstrations, and performances free to community organizations and to the schools.
