The Cannabible

My name is Jason King, I am an artist, musician, photographer, writer, yogi, and major lover of fine cannabis. (and fine everything else too!) I grew up in New York, Florida, San Diego, and now reside mostly in the Hawaiian Island chain. I am a devout promoter of all things organic and natural, and walk my talk. I live a clean life, collecting energy from the sun to power my home, growing my own organic food, collecting water from the sky for home use, and driving a bio-diesel vehicle which runs on local recycled veggie oil. (Biodiesel - No War Required!) I am a strict vegetarian eating a mostly raw diet that is 99% organic.
I have been working on the Cannabible series since 1997. A devoted Deadhead, I moved to Hawaii when Jerry Garcia died. Then the idea came for The Cannabible, and the next day I packed my belongings and started the adventure. Eight years later, and the third volume is now complete. I am now working on two additional books. Heady Glass will be a book showcasing the unique American phenomenon of insanely beautiful and expensive smoking paraphanelia. Also due out next year will be Cannabis Up Close, a miscropic exploration of the cannabis plant.
