EXTREME HATE FREQUENCY

Extreme Hate Frequency formed in 2006 with one idea in mind...To bring Midwest metal to the frontlines! EHF was founded by Chadly on vocals, Dusty on vocals and bass and Brett on guitar, all former band mates of Grudgehold, Clean Cut, One Eye Open, and Resen. We set out to try and find out own brand of heavy metal music; something we could really put our own tag on. Inevitably we created what we like to call "Down Home Punch"! We established a growing fan base locally, late expanding our horizons regionally... but we felt to be at a standstill. The music needed something heavier and more brutal. Come spring of 2007 EHF gained a second guitarist, Aaron (better known as Fry), making our sound thicker and chunkier if you will. Come September of 2007, we released our first cd “Soundtrack for a Suicide”. Everything went well for a while, yet something was still off. As a result, in mid 2007 we parted ways with our original drummer for both musical and personal reasons, and added Travis who fit the missing piece of our puzzle. After taking a one-month hiatus, we were back at it! Our fan base grew bigger than ever and we were offered shows in areas we had never had the opportunity to play before. We have had the chance to share the stage with bands such as The Autumn Offering, Wrought, Thine Eyes Bleed, Hurtlocker, Sons of Azrael, Bluntforce, Razor Fate, SPORK, Grain, Hellablack, Downfall, Poolside at the Flamingo, and that’s just to name a few. Simply put, we are Midwest metal, definitely worth checking out...but don’t take our word for it. Check us out for yourself!
