I am a simple college student, repulsed at the exploitation of our democracy by corporate powers. I am in the works of developing a new political and economic philosophy which will eventually replace the current powers of the 21st century. My philosophy is not communism, though I share some of its revolutionary ideals, nor is it capitalism, though I value the ideals of freedom expressed through free market systems.I firmly believe that capitalism will eventually be replaced by a new system, but will stay as a dominant force until revolutionaries devise a new system to replace it. My political philosophy has no name as of yet, so I simply refer to it as "Mikesism", an easy and comically logical representation of what my movement stands for. Mikesism is a call to arms of the working and freethinking people of all nations.The reason I believe both communism and capitalism have failed is because in both systems, the power is put into the hands of the few, and the people are left powerless to make decisions which should be made by them. For example in Soviet Russia, there were many food and resource shortages due the fact that the state could not accurately determine what needed to be produced. In modern capitalist America however, corporations are free to take advantage of the labors of others, and have many lobbyists in Washington DC influencing domestic and international policy. Basically capitalism has turned into a disguised form of dictatorship masquerading as democracy, only making a mockery of freedom.You donâ€™t believe me? Okay, so let me ask you this; do you call it freedom when a few powerful fat cats who run huge multi-national corporations influence and sometimes bribe your politicians in Washington to create laws and policy which are harmful to the majority of society, but empower the corporations even further? How about when thousands of employees are let go, all in the name of boosting annual profits a quarter of a point at the expense of thousands of jobs, not only hurting those immediately affected, but damaging the economy as a whole by raising the unemployment rate? Call that freedom? I donâ€™t.To all those who are also repulsed by our current state of affairs, join me in starting one of the biggest revolutionary systems the world will ever know.

Any fellow revolutionaries out there. We must share our ideas, and devise ways to revolutionize our world. Anybody who is currently affected by the economic crisis we are facing today, and wants to make long term change, not just short term symptom healers. Are you disgusted at the current price of gasoline you are forced to pay because you live in a place where you are FORCED to commute by car due to the non existance of alternate transportation? Are you tired of getting underpaid and are struggling to pay the car payments on the car you are FORCED to have to commute to your job which only further exploites you? If you are ready for change as am I, please add me to your friends list. I will send you some more literature if you are interested! I am also very open to your ideas on how we could further better our world!
