Where to begin and what to say…..Reggae-Mylitis.... I was born and raised in Southern California, but thru the latter part of my years I have moved around… in & out of state. You can see a glimpse of my interests and where my heart lies from my page. I grew up competing on various levels of the Pro/Am Circuit in surfing and snowboarding…at the same time of living this lifestyle I learned about people, many cultures and self-discipline, which I feel helped me be the person I am today. I love the water and have always felt connected with it. I come from a tropical heritage and intend to return to it to live out my life. There is something about a place surrounded by crystal clear water in a warm tropical climate with a trade wind breeze… that just brings a smile and positive vybe over you.
I’m a person with a kind heart and good intentions with respect to my fellow beings. Many forget who they are and where they come from… getting caught up in life’s chaos, but our actions and what we stand for… begin and end with ourselves!
Music is the fruit of life…Sweet Reggae Music! Ever since I was a pickney I have loved Reggae…not for the hype, but for the true RastaMan Vibration! …not about the deep meditation, but for the Message… reggae is not just a genre, but a Lifestyle. Most music has a message…for better or worse, but none like Jah works. You can look at reggae music on the scene today or reggae music from decades ago…the message holds true to this day...it deals with the reality of life on all levels. Time and technology may change but we remain One out of Many….creating the same life struggles decade after decade…just in a different time. Reggae offers spirituality like none other..no matter where you’re from or what your beliefs are, there is always space for our fellow brethren. Reggae music has taken me out of the lowest of times and brought me too the highest of times... Life without music…I can’t go! No matter the mood or setting…there is a style of reggae to fit! I have learned the teachings of Jah thru my own trials & tribulations...for I am the first in my family to glorify his name. I am passionate about Reggae and for all it stands. Reggae… the Rasta Man… the Bobo Ashanti, the Nyabinghi, Natty Dread, etc. are misunderstood…no matter what race, color or creed we all stand for the same thing, life & righteous livety …to be upright in the eyes of the Father.
People with a Clean Heart & Clean Mind are who I like to meet... feeling in my heart and joy in my soul… OneLove OneHeart OneAim .......“I am not in this world to live up to your expectations…neither are you here to live up to mineâ€
