Nicole Zuraitis

Nicole Zuraitis is a recent graduate (2007) from New York University, receiving her bachelor of music in vocal performance. She is an active member of the jazz and classical community, performing from New York all the way to Italia. She has been a voice instructor for the Litchfield Jazz Camp for 4 years, and will be performing live on the Mainstage at the 2008 Litchfield Jazz Festival on August 2nd. Last year Nicole participated in the New York City National Association of Teachers of Singing Vocal Competition and won 1st place in NYC. She is a firm believer of fighing apathy, and has music directed and performed in musical benefits for BROADWAY CARES/EQUITY FIGHTS AIDS. An avid piano/vocal song writer, Nicole currently collaborates with Alexandra Rulle for jazz/folk fusion music (Check out www.myspace.com/taylmusic). She is also in the midst of recording with the Zaccai Curtis Trio for her debut jazz album, set to release in summer 2008.
