My dad used to have his personal studio in the basement. He loved all aspects of sound including the equipment. From a little girls eyes seeing him engaged, i knew from an early age the importance of music and how it could be so personal and sacred.The music on this page is about my desire to have a piece of the experience. My truth says there is nothing closer to the soul than music-there was nothing before sound and so all those connected are greater then majik in lots of ways. My piece of the experience comes through artists like I.M.A. aka Imari Adams. The guitar you hear is Imari. Something very serious-he truly makes the strings hum, sing, whisper, and in some cases talk as if you are having a conversation with God! smile. Imari plays about 10 instruments WELL!MMoss7 is another artist who allows me to get a piece. Michael loves music. For some, he acts as a true medium. He has this uncanny way of taking a voice, a soul and then he blends them oh so well with his compositions. Those who listen receive a full spectrum of beautiful sounds. He is a perfectionist and simply put he knows exactly what he is doing. Michael is music.Truthfully, I'm just trying to get a piece when I can. The music you hear on this profile are related to past and on-going projects. Whenever I can get music in a project, it gives me a feeling of completion! Track 3 is from the compilation CD "9 Levels of Illumination". It is a part of www.insight9.com. Most of this CD is instrumental, yet as usual, I wanted a piece so I wrote, sang, and am co-producer on two of the 9 tracks.This CD is for sale on the insight9.com site.
