Black Boned Angel (usa)

Black Boned Angel was formed in august 2001 by Grimlord and Deacon Krag Daggon...a two song recording followed featuring "Devilsblood"(now entitled "Dusk fallen spiritium") and "Demon of Lust" in their very basic original formats...these songs were recorded with a drum machine...shortly after they found a drummer by the name of Billy Hanson(DANK) and Stephen Eagleburger(FIEND) as the bassist....the band had its members but was still looking for its sound....With the emergance of "Hell's Blessed Fire" a style was starting to develope...the spring/summer of 2002 BBA was in the studio and saw a change in the line up with Ruben Elizondo(BLACKVOMIT) on drums, Andy Guerrero on bass and Stave Cruz(PRIEST) on synths...all three were active at the time in the Houston based blackmetal horde "ADUMUS"...after a few show's in 2002/2003 and the release of their mini cd "HEAVEN CAST DARKNESS"..the band was placed on hold by Grimlord and Krag to concentrate on "BAHIMIRON"...(a shank in the guts of christ)... late in 2004 Black Boned Angel re-emerged with the addition of Zike on lead guitar, Josh on bass and Hector on drums...All were members of "ZIKE"..a thrash metal horror punk band....BBA played 2 shows in late 2004 with a couple of new songs....in early 2005 it came to the Krags attention that another band was flying under the banner of Black Boned Angel from Australia. In the wake of this, it was decided to lay Black Boned Angel (usa) to rest... This is a tribute to this short live but very muched loved thing of darkness...
