Yet, I have always said that if music became a business, i would no longer enjoy it! Performing and Playing Polkas is fun.. It breaks the stress and is pure enjoyment. If you are big or small or inbetween, it is something that you enjoy doing. For the Polka Musicians & the Polka Dancers and Enthusiast's it is shear enjoyment... Keep polka's alive.. Go to your Polka Dances and Support your favorite bands. It is also a good way to excersie ...Dancing the Polka.Ask a Musician, who comes to a dance whether he would rather be on the bandstand or in the crowd... Listen to his answer..Once a Musician ,always a musician.

Work for a funeral home, here in Toledo,Ohio. Been here for a few months. Still miss Chicago and it's Polka Places. Came from the Northwest Indiana/Chicagoland Areas. Was the Bandleader of the Doc Lula Orchestra. Preformed in Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Florida, Cleveland to name a few places. Have been in the Entertainment Field since a teenager. . Was a Radio DJ in Chicago on WNWI and WNDZ and in Michigan City,Indiana on WIMS and at Radio Station WJOB-Hammond,Indiana over the years past.All Polish Programming.Also been a EXTRA in the Movie Business. Some of the Movies that I have appeared in are: Stir of Echoes with Kevin Bacon, Never been Kissed before w/ Drew Barrymore and also in Indecent Proposal ( all filmed in the Chicago Area).
