About Me

Ora grew up along the Mississippi river moving back and forth between Chicago, small town Mississippi, and Memphis. The daughter of a preacher and a vocalist she was brought up as a performer in her fathers church. She performed in countless choirs from early childhood through college where she studied opera by day and fronted a punk band by night. The death of a dear friend during her college years prompted her to search her soul and accept herself by researching her ancestory and the spiritual beliefs of The Beauty Path. She began to have visions and this project is at the center of them. A way to teach and heal others looking for peace in thier soul by creating peace in the environment and thier own body. Through healing ourselves, we can heal the world.Carter moved from Baltimore to Portland in 1989. Having performed live and in the studio for over 20 years, he is an experianced musician in many genres. He also does live and studio engineering. Carter has worked with many local acts including: Feller, Fran Gray, Big Island Shindig, and the Buds of May, just to name a few. Thanks to all the great musicians I've played with throughout the years.
