LaMont A. Marsh aka BIGG MOOKE DOGG began writing rhymes at the age of 11yrs old when he began hitting the street's selling his rhymes for money, but then found himself hustling drugs, in trouble with the law at the age of 17yrs old. When the law enforcement began doing their background check on BIGG MOOKE DOGG, they soon found out LaMont was an outstanding student, and because of the Youthful Offender Act, LaMont was blessed when he received a 2yr suspended sentence, in return for his enrollment at Alabama State University. This is a classic case of a young black male trying to make some money, ending up in trouble, but LaMont didn't know his past would follow him throughout his young adult years. Whenever someone was shot or a drug deal gone bad, BIGG MOOKE DOGG..s name was always brought into it. BIGG MOOKE DOGG had been pulled off the stage at two separate events for crime's not connected with him, but the Police always came after BIGG MOOKE DOGG for questioning, always believing he was involved with it in one way or another. Some of the artist's at the show's thought it was props for his outstanding stage presence, but they didn't understand, this was some REAL shit going down and not just props for his performances. His altercation's with the law made BIGG MOOKE DOGG what he is today in the music industry. These altercations in addition to his own life experience made him realize he had to change what he rhymed about and what he presented to the public. BIGG MOOKE DOGG's influences in the music industry are George Clinton, Snoop Dogg, Tupac Shakur, LL Cool J, Boogie Down Production's, Ice-T, Public Enemy, Eric B and Rakim, RUN DMC, Kool G Rap, and the list could go on. BIGG MOOKE DOGG has continued to gain recognition throughout the years from his first debut single titled "Straight From The D". His first coming out performance was with D12 member and long time friend PROOF. BIGG MOOKE DOGG has shared the stage with the likes of Too Short, MC Breed, Foxy Brown, Red Man, Beenie Man, The Dramatic..s, Esham, 8 Ball and MJG to name a few. BIGG MOOKE DOGG has many great stories to tell of his music career and influences including George Clinton's so-called special knock on the door.Create or get your
