Ken "Blanks" Harrell is the Co-Founder / CEO of Urban Soul Entertainment Group, LLC , the Co-Founder/Vice-President of Sales & Operations for HBz Premier Comedy Agency, LLC and Marketing/Sales Director for MixTapes, Inc. He's an accomplished entrepreneur that has an extensive
background in the fields of Entertainment marketing, planning & promotions as well as high-volume sales in the Banking & Finance industry.
Also a product of Detroit's East side, "Blanks" has grown to develop a drive, focus and business savvy that is tough to match. He assists his business partner & Fraternity Brother: Howie Bell with everything from developing & executing initiatives and recruiting & training the sales force in the HBz Comedy Camp. "Blanks" has been Howie Bell's right-hand man for years and together they have
helped take both Howie's Acting / Comedy career and the Urban Comedy scene in the city of Detroit to a higher level. For years "Blanks" and Howie produced: "Howie Bell's All-Star Comedy Cafe' @ Bert's on Broadway (Downtown, Detroit).
Focused like a laser beam, "Blanks" is a self-made thousandaire who has the uncanny ability to bring people together, motivate and most importantly mobilize them in order to obtain desired results.
"Blanks" now has the opportunity to integrate his business savvy with Howie Bell's comedic skills and take the game to the next level.
Some of "Blanks'" strongest assets include: his leadership, out-of-the box approach to solving problems, increasing production in any team environment, developing people, strategic planning & execution, negotiations, identifying emerging markets, raising capital, closing

Fraternity brothers of both "Blanks" and Howie Bell. Through their mutual bond with: Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Howie and "Blanks'" paths crossed and the rest we can say is....OURstory.
