About Me

The Flatsy Doll by Ideal came out in 1969.They were first sold in frames you could hang up as a picture, if desired, or when not being played with.The most common Flatsy is a little over 4 inches in height.They had smaller ones, but the bigger ones were easier to play with.Flatsys were made of rubber and had wire undernearth it so they could be posed for play and bended different ways.Flatsys all had very long(floor length) hair in bright colors; green, blue, pink, orange.
