Introduced to music at the age of 7, Natty Bs first experience of playing out was in a nightclub called The Bouncing Ball owned by Admiral Ken. By the late eighties, hed graduated from local sound systems to pirate radio. It wasnt long before the accolades were to turn into awards. He was awarded Top Radio DJ by the BRI four consecutive years from 1987 to 1990. Six years later he would be nominated for the first ever EMMA Awards.
Combining a sense of humour with the presentation skills of his mentors, Natty had become one of the capitals favourite presenters. Radio Stations like WNK, FLR, and Kiss 100 FM all benefited from Nattys contributions. It didnt stop there though as much of the rest of Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Greece, Holland, Spain) also sampled the Natty touch live.
In the mid nineties Natty spread his wings even further when he took his UK Slam Chart to The Voice Newspaper for whom he also wrote.
