About Me

Yours truly writes for Up Magazine, is part time wannabe poet and -every now and then- performs poetry on stage or serves as a DJ. To bank some money he studied law and works at an office five days a week. What his goal of being on Myspace is? Well, point you in the direction of great music, arts, literature etc.

My Interests

First and foremost my friends in real life. Also music, movies, reading, concerts, art exhibitions, theatre and some sports to keep the old body in shape ;). Especially fond of small scale events with a relaxed atmosphere and different types of (performing) art, whether they interact with each other or not. Luckily there are quite a few of those in Holland.

I'd like to meet:

Myself...

and I'd like you to meet these great artists

Music:

Papalagi, Woven Hand, Clutch, Rob Tognoni, Borehole, Huun-Huur-Tu, Slim Cessna's Auto Club, Ani DiFranco, Peter Pan Speedrock, Comets on Fire, Warrior Soul, Munly, Wolfmother, Johnny Cash, Sufjan Stevens, Tool, to name just a few. Basically anything that's got that undefinable bit of purity; that intensified soul that makes you wanna laugh, cry, or keeps you glued to the edge of your seat while goose bumps tickle your skin like a sweet touch from heaven.
