So I found my way to myspace. I'm not a band and I'm no musician. I started writing poetry in 1992 and have been performing all across the Netherlands since 1995 . Did a lot of poetry slams since 2001, in the last six years I won 25 including 8 yearfinales which makes me the slammer with the most victories in all of Europe. At this point I am trying to stop slamming. Still perform a lot all throughout the Netherlands and on occasion in Belgium.Lately I do a lot with all kinds of musicians, in the end all music is poetry and vice versa.Published my first book in 1996, since then 3 more have followed. Beginning of 2006 the latest was published. A cd is included with different musicians, among them Monkztar, Morningstar, the bluesband Bomb-shelter and Jurtko Moerbeek, gitarist and best friend of mine. Sorry most of it is in Dutch.I also organise and host SLAMersfoort. Started that up in 2003 with Willem Borra, the owner of the cafe and small-art theater where it's all happening. Six rounds a year with a yearfinal at the end. The winners present Amersfoort in the Dutch National Championships Poetry Performance. Enjoy
