Influences: Cap’n Geech and the Shrimp Shack Shooters! Dorothy Parker, The Beatles, Say Anything, Joni Mitchell, Ani Difranco, Vienna Teng, Miles Davis, Jim Croce, Jeff Buckley, Jimi Hendrix, Tom Leher, Flight of the Conchords, Tenatious D, The Groovy Rednecks, Captain Hook and the Seamen, The Pixies and Thena Dare to name a few. Not to mention a little band naming inspiration from Carrie Fisher.
Sounds Like: If Sarah Silverman had a love child with Tenacious D that was best friends with a still angsty Alanis Morisette, not only would the kid need years of intense psychotherapy, but it might sound a little like Surrender The Pink.

For “Cupidâ€:
“Cool intro, hilarious lyrics! Lead vocals are very cool. Musically ambitious, the track is well performed, and well sung. This girl means business! She wants it all, and she wants it now - she doesn't sound like she's getting very much more than a mouse though…â€

“Firstly, I love female vocalists in rock bands, and this one didn't disappoint. It almost sounds a bit 80's. Guitar chords are obscure, but not off-putting. Lyrics are ingenious, bad ass, but delivered smoothly. The mood is catchy and captivating.†- roxtarsime
“ [I] like the choppy guitars and the backup vocals. Lead vocals may be a little loud, but the singer does a good job- no stupid attitudes, just solid singing, like upward singing notes too she does it around 2 mins in a way thats unique. Guitars remind me of lemonheads. Sometimes the backups blend in nicely with the whinny off note guitaring which sounds great†- Victor_Lester
“Sorry, it is bad but only because of these Christ killing lyrics!!!
You made baby Jesus cry!†- Verfield
For “Don’tâ€:
“This song has one of those interesting start that kind of winds around in your head making you wonder what lies around the corner... then you get to the corner... and there's this girl standing on a stage jamming away with cool bass and guitars and an awesome drummer. She's singing a song about loving this dude and not being sure how he'll react to her advances. Then the guitar solo kicks in leading us to this part where her twin sister pops on stage and sings harmonies in this nice groovy way. I like the back up singers too. This song is fun and rocks and is good and is nice and is enjoyable and is worth a good listen. Enjoy!â€

“This is a very good intro with guitar. The lead vocal is very good. Excellent orchestration. Does not sound like any group I know. Rather original & innovative . Nice lyrics & melody.â€

“Hilarious lyrics! Well performed musically, the arrangement is workable, and I'm pleased to hear the background vocals, although I'd like to hear more of them spreading across the melodic spectrum…Cool vocalist! I bet she’s a real firecracker.â€

“Give the singer a tuba or something so that we don't have to listen to her anymore, because she is much more than I can handle listening to. A little tuba couldn't hurt this song, but, then again, very little could.â€
