Where to start...Im a drum n Bass MC Originally from SE London, but am currently based at Uni in Leeds. I started raving at the tender age of 16 (when I started looking old enuff 2 sneak in!), havin heard a few mix tapes passed on by older mates. Mostly at venues like Fabric, The End, Brixton Mass, Brixton Academy, Bagleys, Stratford Rex etc., the rave scene and tape-paks alike led me to know chats by the likes of Eksman, Stevie Hyper D, Skibba, Foxy, Shabba etc., so i began to make my own, based on what i'd learnt. I've just broken into the Leeds scene, having won the Central Beatz Mc Competiton in April 06. Prior to this I had done very little chattin, but DJ Ruckspin of Central Beatz, an old pal from SE9, twisted my arm to prepare a little ten minute squeeze for the competition.... From there, I met a few heads in the scene thru the Central Beatz boys; namely Dj's Shock, Steppa n Retro among others, who's shows I began hosting on the regs on local radio station Frequency 88.1fm. The rest is history really, and I kan still be found every weekend on the airwaves, as well as at some of the big nights in Leeds like Metropolis, Valve, and Sub Dub. So keep an eye out for upcoming flyerz... I don't like to call myself a "Jump up" MC, but it is my preferred style i guess, but I like to keep things free n suitable.
