The name iN sCissorS is the final one after many changes… the project’s name at first was Aes Sidhe and at that time 4 tracks were recorded under that name but their quality is too bad due to the equipment I used… Later the name changed to Introvert Marionettes and 3 tracks were recorded under that name and finally the name came to be as it is today…iN sCissorS… The iN sCissorS project traces it’s origins back in the winter of 1999 as an one man band moving in the fields of Dark ambient/Neoclassical/Soundtrack music…it began with no intention to release anything for many reasons but someday this thought changed a little bit…(March 2006) At this point I decided to wipe the dust over the box I was keeping the recorded and written material and bring it to light (and that’s thanks to some friends of mine who kept telling me that I should do so)…but along with the audio tracks there had to be and a visual project to accompany the soundscapes and the melodies, so for some time I’ve been working with the visual part of the iN sCissorS project… The iN sCissorS’ philosophy about music is to create every time a different realm or dimension in which it’s taking place…this project is different experiences and memories or situations I lived in…some times it’s based on dreams or aspects of things that surround me but everything of course is being placed and happening in my own world where I can handle it’s consequences…this project has been the place where I was running away when needed… …a world entangled iN sCissorS rusting on stretchers with sheets soaked in formaldehyde!!! In the year of 2007 A.D. the Polish underground label No Angels Prod. comes up with a proposal in order to release the iN sCissorS’ debut album “The Veratrine Evangelicum†and so in the summer of 2007 (July) “The Veratrine Evangelicum†is released as a limited edition of 150 copies. (I am also member of Bare Infinity and Sapremic Plasma)
I’ll be most thankful to receive your comments about the music as well as for the visual part of this project…
