Who is Deformed Pretty Boy?DPB hails from the City of Wolves(Ann Arbor,MI, University Of Michigan Wolverines home). His journey into the music scene began in the womb of his mother. It is she who fostered his love for music through her 33 1/3, 45's and 8 tracks.The vibrations of the rhythms of Minnie Riperton, Willie Hutch, The Staples Singers, Al Green, Booker T and The MG's, Dazz Band, Grover Washington, Jr, Dolemite, Diana Ross, Millie Jackson, Denise WIlliams, Rose Royce, The BeeGees, and Chic, to name a few, were all felt thru the womb DPB is a mixture of old school, new school, techno, funk, soul, jazz, and every other genre of music. From his days of basement houseparties in Hikone to his B-Boy stance in The Cavern Club, DPB represents all of the elements of hip hop. Not only does he makes rhythms he spits fire. DPB remains dedicated to the Art of Movin' Butts. Upon returning to A2 after a three year hiatus, Ann Arbor's prodigal son has returned.........His intentions are crystal clear: TO TAKE OVER THE HIP HOP SCENE IN ANN ARBOR..
