The Science Behind The Name
When I was young I always had a love of music. I grew up in a ghetto, an urban neighborhood, and it became clear from an early age that music is what tames the savage beast. Production is like wizardry: it makes people happy, it makes people sad...it has a profound effect on people.
We're from New Jersey, specifically from the Monmouth County area. We started Black Wizard Entertainment mainly because of a shared love of music, but also because we saw the lack of respect and exposure for New Jersey artists.
There are a lot of New Jersey producers, MCs, vocalists, and writers out there that are just as good as their counterparts in other parts of the country, if not better. It's our time to make our voices heard, showcase our talent, and represent for Jersey!
