Personal Music Advice
Imagine having your own music adviser, completely free of charge!
In the mood for giving your music collection a boost?
Most people could do with a little help when it comes to buying new music. There’s a lot to think about: what’s in, what’s out… which styles suit you best… what will still sound good next year… and which music will make the most of what you’ve already got.
Attending a personal music appointment may seem a little extravagant, but with Barry Lewis it’s a free service, so why not treat yourself? Customers who have used this service find it saves them money because they buy music that they actually listen to: it also saves them time because they can leave the business of choosing music to an expert.
The hard work is done for you. Just set up an appointment with a trained music advisor. Once you’ve been told what you are looking for, you can relax while I get to work. I have plenty of ideas – many of which you may have overlooked a thousand times before. I’ll make sure the music I choose will definitely work for you and that it’s music that will give you maximum pleasure. I will even inform you when new collections of music are released!
Sounds like music heaven? It is! Make an appointment now by contacting Barry Lewis in the music department. You’ve got nothing to lose and a world of musical satisfaction to gain.

Skin Deep CD - £5.00 Free P&P
(El Diabilo Fanzine)
Another highlight is the Skin Deep album from local lass Zoe Lewis. (www.myspace.com/dizzyfairy69) Just got it this morning, but it’s shockingly impressive. Hard to file her under any one style, but if there was an indie, acoustic, country, punk torch song genre then she would be comfortable in there. Some nice covers of Hazel O’Conner and Dolly Parton on display. In fact I would go as far as to say that although there is plenty of talented and entertaining bands from around Ayrshire, there are few that would be able to step up to a larger audience with any conviction. Young Zoe sounds like the exception to the rule. The DIY pool has rarely thrown up anything as lush and accomplished as this.
