In 2004 Thousand Days Records set out to bring the American west coast jazz closer to the Japanese. And, of course, the Japanese closer to the west coast jazz…. Although the past few years has seen the label promote Japanese jazz, much to the satisfaction of both ourselves and… well…hopefully the people interested in such music, the initial aim still stands. Now and the future is an exciting time when we continue our work to promote jazz from all over the world.
