Kaoru 　田中薫

　 Guitarist Kaoru Tanaka was born and raised in OSAKA Japan in 1985. I play the guitar and guitar synthesizer. When I was childhood , I loved drawing pictures. I took Trumpet as first instrument in primary school. Then I started playing the guitar. 　　 In summer 2006, I participated Berklee summer sessions and then I recieved recognition of outstanding musicianship and scholarship. That was such an opportunity to study at college. Shortly after that I traveled in India for discover something primary in my life. Since fall in 2007 , I 've studied at Berklee college of music in Boston mainly studying wih David fiuczynski ,Chris buono and among others. 　Fortunately I earned placement on the Dean's List for the fall 2007. Just finishing my first semester , I came back Osaka where is my hometown. But I will finish my study in Berklee in the future. my composing is so much inspired by some traditional asian music , specifically elements of japanese classical and indian classical music and so on. All this for looking for my voice and human being.
