ELMIO "New Wave Love" Trailer
イタリア・ボローニャにて89å¹´ã«ãƒ¬ãƒ¼ãƒ™ãƒ«è¨­ç «‹å¾Œã€SOFT HOUSE COMPANY、KEY TRONICS ENSEMBLE、DON CARLOS等といったアーティストを輩出し、イタ ロハウス・シーンを開拓。その後BANDA FAVELA、BOSSA NOSTRAといっったバンドから、LTJ X-PERRIENCE、DJ RODRIGUEZといったDJ--プロデューサーを輩出し〠ã‚¯ãƒ©ãƒ–ミュージック・アプローチのブラジムªã‚¢ãƒ³--ジャズ・シーンの先駆けとなる。また 、pumaとのコラボレーションやイタリアのセム¬ã‚¯ãƒˆã‚·ãƒ§ãƒƒãƒ— 『10 Corso Como (ディエチ・コルソ・コモ)』のコンピレーシ㠃§ãƒ³ も手がけ、アメリカのドラマ 『Sex and the City』 の主なBGMとしても使用されるなどファッショ ン業界などからも信頼が厚い。そして現在、 IRMA records JapanをオープンしFreeTEMPO、i-depから M-SWIFT までがデビュー。説明不要のブラジリアン・ ユニット KALEIDO から、スウェーデン STALKER STUDIO 、 KARLOF 、ロンドン NOTENSHUN 、アメリカ JENI FUJITA 、ベルギー SPIRIT CATCHER 、アイルランド C.L. 、そして Lumiere が大ヒットとなった期待の新人プロデューサ ー ELMIO 、更には yuma からIRMA初となる女性プロデューサー sakai asuka 等を活発的にリリース。
In late 80's, a young Italian guys formed a production team together with a bunch of promising DJ's and musicians. Among them Claudio Moz-Art(Jestofunk, Soft House Company), Checco Montefiori (Key Tronics Ensemble, Montefiori Cocktail) and Luca Trevisi (LTJ X-Perience) in Bologna, Italy.
In the beginning there was House: Deep, Soulful and often with Funk or Jazz influences, revolutionary for those days. In the new century IRMA has discovered, among the others, Max Sedgley, already a legend in the UK thanks to the massive 'Happy', and Brazilian house/drum'n'bass act KALEIDO, the cyclone that swept in 2004.
After IRMA successfully spread its name recognition worldwide, IRMA has opened office in Tokyo, Japan in 2005. IRMA records Japan has first discovered and released tracks of the current key figures in “J-club scene” such as FreeTEMPO, i-dep, ELMIO, and M-SWIFT.
Beginning by the compilation album “PLAYLIST 001-IRMA Japan Sampler” in June 2007, IRMA records Japan has been releasing its original products; M-SWIFT who is the first Japanese artist from IRMA, Sweden's disco/house trio STALKER STUDIO, Belgian tech house duo SPIRIT CATCHER, UK's soulful house duo, NOTENSHUN, Ireland's old school house project, Nubian Mindz pre. C.L., New talented singer JENI FUJITA from the U.S., Brazilian house/drum’n’bass act, KALEIDO, IRMA’s new Japanese brightest hopes ELMIO, yuma, and becoming the first female producer in IRMA's historysakai asuka.
