Ever After[ New Video Up Now! ]

So our name is Ever After.
We could sit here and tell you that we're different from every other band, and we're the best there ever was, but we won't. We are a hard working band just like every other band out there who struggles to make it. We don't have it any easier, and we're not any better than those who try. But through our music, our main goal isn't to be blown over into Hollywood. Our music means a lot more to us than that, it's not about money or fame, it's about passion. As much as we'd love to have our music advertised throughout north america, it's not for the glory. It's for the satisfaction of knowing our music means something to someone else. Our lyrics, our words, our sound, are all personally related. When you listen to our songs, you're listening to our lifestyle, and our whole lives. Music is everything to us, it's more of a passion than anything else in this world. Sometimes music is the only thing that can understand us.
Ever After started out as Vanity Affair, 5 girls in a small, uncivilized town called Hudson. There was Mariah, the bubbly one, Jordan, the loud one, Kelsey, the god knows what, Sarah the...whatever she doesnt count, and Heather, the really really good looking one.
One day, the girls realized that 3 of them could not play instruments. Mariah, Jordan and Kelsey lost the determination to be in a band, leaving the disfunctional one, and the ridiculously good looking one to fend for themselves..creating Ever After
In the past year we've written a total of 11 songs, most of them havent been recorded yet. Neither of us have ever taken lessons, everything we've done has been on our own. We lack all high tech fancy recording mechanisms, and good instruments, so a donation of 20,000$ would not be turned down. Despite our music style, you would be surprised to find the music that we listen to. We are trying to start a Screamo/hardcore/sexy band which i'm sure you know is hard to do as girls, but it's a dream. For now, we're staying acoustic, trying to get our songs out there, get more experience, meet new people, and hopefully start playing some shows. If you have any advice, or opinions/criticism it's all welcome. We'll talk to anyone...or anything.. and listen to what you have to say. You might find we're quite different, we're not typical ditzy girls.. this is what small towns do to people. We hope to be recording new songs sometime in the new year and hope to possibly get an EP out, if we're lucky. So give us a listen, comment us, and we'll do the same.
