About Me

I started doing comedy in 2002 at McCurdy's Comedy Theatre in Sarasota. Les McCurdy has been a great mentor and friend who I still continue to learn from. In truth, I never wanted to be a comic for my first love was writing. But the first time I performed as a comic and got my first laugh I was hooked. I still write and have had several short stories published. Being in comedy has been hard work, but work that I love and there's satisfaction making strangers laugh. The things I talk about in my show are all about experience. In other words, I speak it as I live it and in the process try to push the envelope just a little so people will not only prick up their ears to listen but also to make them think as well. I try very hard to offer a full plate of laughs so the audience will come back for seconds. Everything I talk about in my show is true. And that's the truth. Honesty is the best policy for an audience. Some of the comics I've worked with include: Jackie Mason, Gilbert Gottfried, Nick DePaulo, Ralphie May, Bobcat Goldthwait and Diane Ford.Clubs: McCurdy's Comedy Theatre (House comic), New York Comedy Club, Tampa Improv, Bonkerz, Coconuts, Comedy Zone, Flip Flops, Hammerheads, Laugh-In Comedy Cafe, Groucho's, BJ's House of Laughs, Knuckleheads, Buffalo Bills and Cozzy's
