About Me

My Story of Stand-Up Comedy

I'm originally from Rochester, NY, where I worked in a Comedy Club called Comix Café as a server. I was about 18 or 19 at the time and hated every minute of it. (Loved the club, hated the work) Hated the fact that the comics had a better job then me in the same building. (and were having more fun, and probably making more money) I always looked at that stage and thought How the heck do these people get up there and do that? I always wanted to, and watching stand-up comedy while working is freakin.. great!

Well, I ended up getting fired from my server job there, because some friends of mine came in one night, causing trouble. Turned out to be for the better. But because I didn..t work there anymore, it was back to only watching stand-up comedy on T.V.

About two years later, I ended up moving to Orlando, FL. I took up a career custom designing high priced swimming pools. Only problem was I didn..t know anybody my age, and I was bored with it. So, I looked up Comedy Clubs in the phone book and came across The Orlando Improv. After about two months of calling (bugging) the box office manager, I convinced her to hire me part time. I worked there for several months before taking the clubs Comedy Class (I paid in change). After a 8 week course, the class had their Graduation Show (November 10 th 2004) And that show was my first time on stage in front of a real crowd (over 220 people) I killed (or thought I did) and was hooked to it immediately. After that, I looked for open mic..s and went to everyone I could. (From Orlando to Tampa to Daytona) and its at those open mic..s, where I..ve made most of my comedy friends I have today.

From chasing open mic..s, and getting better and better, Stand-Up Comedy has put me on three TV shows, and on four networks. (something I wouldn..t be able to say with out it) Also, not to mention all the cities I..ve been to here in The United States.

I didn..t start to do comedy for the money or the fame, (like most do) I started just for fun. And fun it has been so far..

My Interests

I'm interested in traveling, and trying different kinds of food, seeing how people from other areas live. Space has always been interesting. I would like to one day be able to play a piano. Canoeing down the springs in Florida is fun.

I'd like to meet:

I would like to met many people really, to many to name. How about any family member that I might not have met yet? I think that would be cool. Maybe different world leaders. And of course different club managers, bookers, agents, fans, other comics, anyone that wants to come to one of my shows.

I do collect e-mail addresses from people, that way I could e-mail you about up coming gigs. If you would like to be informed, e-mail me at:
