My Interests

Music!Establishing herself in 1973 & Celebrating over 35+ years of entertaining throughout Chicagoland, Mainly on Chicago's Southside within a one mile radius of Midway Airport. DJ Val continues to pack dance floors at the city's trendiest night clubs. DJ Val has pumped out the bass at Cadillac Jack's, Bone Shakers, Marianna's Place, Tiffany's, Zentra. Vision & many, many more. DJ Val has no boundaries, establishing herself internationally in England and Mexico with American Sounds.DJ Val's global success began humbly by playing 45's & 8-tracks for anyone who would listen to her mixes. She started playing for elementary school parties at the age of ten and has been playing in and around Chicagoland ever since! From Retro 80's to House, High Energy to Progressive DJ Val's has a wide arsenal that she brings to the decks everytime she spins. Not limiting herself to the decks, DJ Val expanded her music knowledge by taking instrument classes, and reached out into other fine arts fields. Most notably DJ Val embarked on a graphics artist career. By day she is the head of the promotional advertising & graphics department for Hayes Beer Dist and by night she spins up Chicagolands finest High Energy, Progressive, House music. Take some time out to stop in at one of her many residencies and check her out! You will never be disappointed!
