Every pirate lives for something different. For some, it's the open sea. For others (the masochists), it's the food. For you, it's definitely the fighting. You're musical, and you've got a certain style if not flair. You'll do just fine. Arr!

Lately on heavy rotation on my Ipod has been: The Raconteurs, The Smiths, The White Stripes, Chingon, Margo Guryan, The Flaming Lips, the Beck, and The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and the recent boon of no less than three comps from Rodney. They are way too cool.
The theme of this year seems to be Zombies. SO yeah - zombies at the mall, zombies on ice, whatever. and pirates. Pirates fighting zombies would be good.
