Sounds Like: Tinitus and someone sawing a femur whilst watching 'Punch drunk love' and occasionally taking a break to dance to some fat bass line on one of those super mario levels, you know the ones. If in the head it all insists on crowding itself with the others then let it drown in bodies but feel free to extend your mind and pull it out for air if you care! One time we all went camping and made a fire, it was a cold night but the varying amounts of SC and fatty boom batty's made it all okay, the axe helped too. It was all sinister for a while after the farmer put an end to the string and vocal chord vibrations.
