Bash! from Krefeld, Germany were founded in 1991. Since then they have been on tour across the entire country playing Punk Rock. Although Punk seemed to be dead for long at this time and nobody was really believing in Bash! to be long-lasting: Independent is what they want to be, because creating their music doesnt require a major deal. The underground is still alive! Musical influences from the early days of Punk (e.g. Ramones, Adicts, Cock Sparrer or Social Distortion) mixed with own ideas, create a quite recognizable style. The singing is done in german and english and the lyrics are about everything that is a part of Punk Rock. Clockwork Orange is a topic too, as well as social criticism and raised-middle-finger-lyrics. Since 1991 six records have been released. Bash! also appeared on several compilations.
Bash! broke up in 2004.
